Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return and refund policy.

Refunds

Please note, that if within the 14 days, you can request a refund through our email: [email protected]. If more than 14 days have gone by since the purchase you have made, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your refund request is received and assessed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed.

Returns

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a resalable time (30 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
